Choir Ministry

STBC Choir Ministry,

Changes are being made to the Choir Ministry to improve the overall program. Due to adjustments in the service schedule on Sundays during Covid, rehearsals were moved to Wednesday following the service. It is acknowledged that Wednesday at 8pm may not be the most convenient time for choir rehearsal due to work schedules and family obligations.

Starting Wednesday, June 4, 2025, choir rehearsal will commence at 6:30 pm. This adjustment allows members to either socialize after service or go home to rest without needing to stay late for rehearsal.

It is recognized that there have been issues with choir rehearsals, such as starting on time, timely arrival to the platform, attendance, and members leaving before rehearsing. These challenges affect both choir members, the band, and leadership.

Efforts will be made to promote new choir membership soon, and requirements and policies will be introduced to create better structure, which should benefit everyone involved. Members are encouraged to recommit to the Choir Ministry.
